Cross-laminated croissant dough from Brede in Prenzlauer Berg, filled with pastry cream made in house from whole milk, egg and butter, and scattered with dark chocolate chips.

Flaky at the edges, soft and custardy in the middle, with little pockets of chocolate all the way through. A proper weekend pastry, best with a strong coffee. Pastries are available for pickup only, so they reach you as fresh as they can be.

Ingredients: Croissant dough (wheat flour (type 550), butter, whole milk, sugar, milk ferment (milk, wheat flour), yeast, salt), house-made pastry cream (whole milk, whole egg, sugar, maize starch, butter, salt), dark chocolate chips (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla).
