Focaccia | Brede - 1 pc

Soft, fluffy focaccia from Brede in Prenzlauer Berg. The dough brings together wheat flour, spelt sourdough and a little potato, and is finished with olive oil, coarse sea salt and herbes de Provence.

Tear it while it's still warm to go with soup or a salad, slice it open for sandwiches, or set it out with olives and a glass of wine. A few minutes in a hot oven brings a day-old piece back.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (type 550), water, spelt sourdough (spelt flour, water), olive oil, potato flakes, sea salt, yeast, herbs (herbes de Provence).
