Brede's croissant is laminated and shaped by hand in Prenzlauer Berg: wheat dough folded with butter, enriched with whole milk and a milk ferment, then glazed with egg before it goes into the oven.
Flaky and crisp outside, soft and buttery inside. Eat it as it is with a morning coffee, tear it open for jam, or split it for ham and cheese. Pastries are available for pickup only, so they reach you as fresh as they can be.
Ingredients: wheat flour (type 550), butter, whole milk, sugar, milk ferment (milk, wheat flour), egg (glaze), yeast, salt.
