Chocolate Croissant | Brede - 1 pc

Brede's Schoko-Croix is a bicolor croissant: buttery, hand-laminated dough striped with cocoa and rolled around sticks of dark chocolate. Baked in Prenzlauer Berg.

Crisp, flaky layers, a soft middle and a bittersweet seam of chocolate running through it. Hard to beat with a morning coffee, and just as good with a glass of milk in the afternoon. Pastries are available for pickup only, so they reach you as fresh as they can be.

Ingredients: wheat flour (type 550), butter, whole milk, dark chocolate sticks 10% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), sugar, milk ferment (milk, wheat flour), egg (glaze), yeast, salt, cocoa powder.
