Paté di Olive Nere | I Contadini - 100g

A creamy paste of black Leccina and Cellina olives, 88% of the jar, hand-harvested in October and November and blended with extra virgin olive oil, unrefined salt and a touch of lemon juice. No vinegar, no preservatives. I Contadini make it in Ugento, Salento.

Intense, savory and smooth, with the deep fruitiness of ripe olives. Spread it on crostini with a glass of wine, stir it into pasta or rice, or smear a little under roasted fish or chicken. A small spoonful goes a long way.
