Paté di Carciofi | I Contadini - 100g

Made from Violetto brindisino artichokes, a variety native to Salento, which make up 70% of the jar. The rest is sunflower and extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and lemon juice. No preservatives, from I Contadini's family farm in Ugento.

Soft, earthy and mildly sweet, with the grassy note artichokes are loved for. It is lovely on crostini with a curl of cheese, folded into pasta with a splash of the cooking water, or as a spread in a sandwich with ham or fresh mozzarella.
