1L Pressed from a blend of old apple varieties grown on Umbio’s Streuobstwiesen and gently pasteurised to keep the flavour intact. The mix of acidic and sweeter pressing varieties gives it a depth and complexity you won’t find in commercial apple juice. Naturally cloudy, nothing added.
