Marmellata di Arancia | I Contadini - 270g

An orange marmalade made with 80% Italian fruit, using both pulp and peel, sugar, natural pectin and a little lemon zest. No colorings, preservatives or artificial flavors. I Contadini make it on their family farm in Ugento, Salento.

Bright, bittersweet and fragrant, with soft strips of peel that keep some bite. Put it on toast or a croissant, use it to fill a simple sponge or tart, or brush it over roast duck or pork as a glaze.
