From Gut Oggau, the cult biodynamic estate in Burgenland, comes something that isn't wine at all. Gut Feeling is a non-alcoholic botanical drink made from the wild herbs and flowers that grow among their vines: nettle, chamomile, yarrow, dandelion and wormwood, rounded out with honey and lemon. The same plants they use to strengthen their soil, here poured into a glass.

Gently sparkling, dry and herbal, with the sophisticated bitterness of a good vermouth and a lifted floral edge. Invigorating rather than sweet. This is the non-alcoholic aperitif for people who take their aperitivo seriously. 0% ABV.
