Confettura extra di Fichi | I Contadini - 270g

An extra jam of 80% figs, with sugar, natural pectin and a little lemon juice. No colorings, preservatives or artificial flavors. I Contadini make it on their family farm in Ugento, Salento, where figs ripen under a long southern summer.

Honeyed and rich, with the little crunch of fig seeds. It is a classic with prosciutto and fresh ricotta, and brilliant on a board with a blue or a sharp aged cheese. Also very good on toast or swirled into porridge.
