Carrots | Gutes aus Gretes Garten - 3 pcs

Three carrots from Grete Peschken's certified organic farm in Stierow, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, about two hours north of Berlin. They are grown regeneratively and certified organic, and Grete sells her vegetables at her own stall on Kollwitzplatz every Thursday.

Sweet and earthy, with the kind of carrot flavor that reminds you what the supermarket ones are missing. Eat them raw with a dip, roast them with thyme and a little honey, or use them as the base for a soup or ragù. If they come with tops, cut them off before storing in the fridge.
