Běl 2023 pours with a hazy pale straw color and bursts with aromas of ripe orchard fruits, green herbs, and a gentle oxidative note of baked apple and lemon peel. On the palate, it’s crisp, mineral, and mouth-cleansing, with flavors of green wood, crunchy apple, and a hint of stone fruits. The finish is vibrant and thirst-quenching, making it an ideal companion for casual meals or lively gatherings.

About the Producer:
Milan Nestarec crafts wines that speak to the soul of Moravia, unpretentious, vibrant, and deeply rooted. Běl is a homage to the simple, everyday blends of local grapes once made for neighbors and friends. It’s a tribute to Moravian hospitality, designed to be easygoing but serious in its craftsmanship. Grüner Veltliner plays an increasingly important role, a grape Nestarec finds perfectly suited to his home soils and style.
Pairing Suggestions:
A perfect bottle for the table: serve with roast chicken, vegetable tarts, herbed salads, or just finish a good meal with a few generous glasses. Its crisp minerality and cleansing acidity make it a great match for hearty, homey cooking, or just great conversation.
