Fresh bread and pastries from Brede, a bakery in Prenzlauer Berg, our neighbors in Berlin. Everything is baked by hand, with sourdough doing most of the work. You’ll find spelt and rye loaves, a crackling baguette, a soft focaccia, and buttery croissants and pastries.

Start with the Hausbrot, Brede’s signature spelt sourdough and an everyday all-rounder, or the Seemann, a dense, slightly sweet northern rye made from a family recipe. On weekends, add a croissant, a Schoko-Croix or a pain suisse. Pastries are available for pickup only, so they reach you as fresh as they can be.
