Flavor Profile: Lychee, white flowers and elderflower over white fruit, with a faint smoky note. Floral and lifted on the nose, velvety on the palate.

Origin: Franken, Germany, at the foot of the Steigerwald.

Grapes: Müller-Thurgau, Bacchus, Johanniter and Muscaris. The Johanniter brings the acidity, the Muscaris the floral side.

Process: Certified organic grapes, made as a dry white with a light 11% alcohol.

About the Producer: Weingoutte is the project of Emily Campeau and Christoph Müller. They met during a harvest in Burgenland in 2018, and both came to wine from professional kitchens, which shows in how drinkable and food-minded their wines are.

Pairing Suggestions: Spicy noodle dishes, fresh herbs, soft cheeses, or a warm evening with friends.
