Small Peppers | Gutes aus Gretes Garten - 3 pcs

Three small peppers from Grete Peschken's certified organic farm in Stierow, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, about two hours north of Berlin. Grown regeneratively and certified organic by Grete, who also sells at her Thursday stall on Kollwitzplatz.

Thin-skinned and sweet, with a fresh crunch when raw. Blister them whole in a hot pan with olive oil and salt, slice them into salads, or stuff and roast them. They keep for several days in the fridge.
