Salad Mix | Gutes aus Gretes Garten - 100g

Washed and ready to eat, straight from Grete Peschken's certified organic farm in Stierow, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, about two hours north of Berlin. Salad greens are one of Grete's specialties, and she also keeps old varieties going by growing her own seed. The mix changes with the season and what she is harvesting, from rocket to tender lettuces. Certified organic and grown regeneratively.

Fresh, crisp and full of flavor, so it needs very little: good olive oil, lemon and salt. Toss it with warm roast vegetables, pile it on a pizza after baking, or serve it next to grilled fish. Keep it cold and eat it within a couple of days.
