Ricotta di Bufala Barlotti 250gr

Barlotti's Ricotta di Bufala is the luxurious version of the humble fresh dairy product ubiquitous in every Italian regional tradition. Note: the whey is separated from the curd, making it a fresh dairy product, not a cheese!

It has no external rind and boasts a creamy, soft texture with the distinct, delicate flavor of buffalo milk. Its white color and shiny surface give it a porcelain-like appearance. 

This incredibly practical and long-lasting retail packaging (almost 3 weeks!) has the classic conical shape and comes in a 250g basket.

It is so delicious that we honestly advise just grabbing a spoon and eating straight from the basket, but you can still use it as a booster for any recipe that includes "normal" ricotta.

Ingredients: Buffalo milk whey and salt

Storage temperature: +4°C in the fridge's vegetable compartment

Tips: Remove from fridge 20 minutes before eating and open the packaging to let it breathe and reach optimal flavor. After opening, put it back in the basket and store in original packaging without plastic wrap.
