Party Panda fizzes with aromatic citrus, green apple, and a hint of fresh herbs - bright, zippy, and irresistibly easy to drink. Origin: Mosel, Germany - a collaboration between Mosel and Nahe.

Grapes: Riesling and Bacchus.

Process: Bacchus and Riesling were fermented separately in stainless steel tanks, then blended and bottled using the pétillant naturel method, with fermentation completed in the bottle. No added sulfur, unfiltered.

About the Producer: Staffelter Hof is one of the oldest wineries in the world, with records tracing back to AD 862. Jan Klein is the latest generation at the helm of this historic estate, which has been in the family since 1805. He began producing a special range of wines with no added sulfites in 2014. The winery sits on the steep slopes above Kröv, surrounded by olive, laurel, and banana trees that give it an almost Mediterranean atmosphere. Tradition and playfulness, in every bottle.
