Mozzarella di Bufala DOP Barlotti

The only mozzarella producer awarded a Gold Medal at the World Cheese Awards 2023. The Barlotti family threads the needle of making an incredibly high-quality, artisanal product and developing new techniques to make the mozzarella travel in perfect conditions and stay fresh for longer. 

We sell a bag with 250gr of white gold, in 3 variants:

• 5 tiny, delicious Bocconcini, 50 gr each
• 2 of the classic restaurant size balls, 125 gr each
• One single, serious piece of mozzarella weighing 250 gr

Which one is the best? Tough choice: the Bocconcini are incredibly creamy, milky, sweet with a nice acidity kick at the end. The 125 gr are the most practical size in terms of portion, while the bigger 250 gr has a more complex flavor profile (a bit wilder maybe than the smaller ones) with a meaty consistency to pair with extreme milkiness.
