Mini Red Onions | Gutes aus Gretes Garten - 4 pcs

Four small red onions from Grete Peschken's certified organic farm in Stierow, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, about two hours north of Berlin. Grete grows regeneratively, certified organic, and runs a regular stall at Kollwitzplatz on Thursdays.

Milder and sweeter than white onions, with a lovely color. Slice them raw into salads, quick-pickle them in vinegar with a pinch of sugar and salt, or roast them whole until soft and jammy. Store them somewhere cool, dry and dark.
