Skietto - Pantun

Here's a few words from her about this wine: 

Skietto in Italian means sincere, honest.

And that's exactly what this natural Primitivo is, just like the people who make it in Mottola, Puglia.

I visited the Pantun family during a trip to Puglia a few years ago in September. We toured their vineyards and then shared ice cream with their kids in the nearest town, cramming six people into their Fiat Punto. That day left me with a lasting memory of love, fun, and care—something I hope our customers here in Berlin can find in the wine themselves.

The Pantuns—a charming Italo-German couple—grow vines, primarily Primitivo, with a focus on natural, unfiltered wines that offer a more authentic take on this classic grape. These are rustic wines, made to be enjoyed and shared in good company, never trying to be anything they’re not. And that’s exactly why we love them.
