Mortadella is another huge staple in Italian gastronomy that reached fame and success worldwide, but it is also one of the more mistreated and adulterated: it is sad to see how much over-processed, industrial, just plain bad stuff is sold as Mortadella everywhere. 

This is why we are particularly happy to offer Favola Gran Riserva, a multiple award-winning mortadella that is as artisanally crafted as they come, starting from the selection of the meats to the choice of hand-sewn pig skin to wrap it, keeping it at the right moisture and contributing to its incredible aroma. 

This may be one of the most humble Italian cold cuts, but judging on this product, carefully selected by our friends at Salumi Fedeli, you definitely wouldn't tell.
