Broccoli Friarielli in Salamoia Sapori di Corbara
- Description
Friarielli, Cime di Rapa, Broccoletti—these are just a few of the many names this beloved vegetable goes by in Southern Italy alone.
You might know them as Broccolini, Wilder Brokkoli, or Broccoli Sprouts. While they belong to the same plant family as regular Broccoli, they are specifically selected for early harvesting, making them tender and flavorful. In our case, the young plants are harvested, boiled, and preserved using just water, salt, and a touch of lemon juice—keeping things simple, natural, and delicious.
We’re proud to work with Sapori di Corbara, a cooperative of small producers we’re excited to support more in the future—so stay tuned for more of their incredible products on our site.
In the meantime, start with this pantry lifesaver:
Perfect for quick pasta sauces, flavorful sandwiches, risottos—you name it. Its versatility knows no limits. Plus, thanks to Sapori di Corbara’s careful preservation, you get the fresh taste of Cime di Rapa all year round, with the added bonus that it’s ready to eat straight from the jar.
