'Avita - Rosato

The first wave of natural wines selected with our friend Sara from Balera Weinhandlung!

Here's a few words from her about this wine: 

One of my absolute favorite wines—undoubtedly my favorite rosé. This natural rosé from Cirò is made from Gaglioppo, a native grape that thrives on the Ionian coast of Cirò, where the climate is sun-drenched and dry.

The vineyards are located close to the sea, and you can truly taste the saltiness in the wine. On the nose, it bursts with aromas of wild strawberries, while on the palate, it’s juicy, savory, and elegant. If I had to choose just one wine to drink every day, this would be it.

A fabulous, original, and refined rosé—fruity yet light, summery, and with a maritime soul. We love it.
